Nottingham Office Refurbishment

Finally…

All FM teams are officially operating under one roof in Nottingham!

The Concorde designers have been busy creating this amazing workspace, giving our team a new home which can accommodate further growth, whilst enabling us to work in a fun, airy and on-brand environment, with all other FM teams.

The new space features modern meeting rooms which are available for team and client use, with its own Wi-Fi and welfare facilities. The glazed partitions throughout allow lots of natural lights through the building, which break the stereotype of a dark and gloomy office, providing a bright, welcoming space to work from.

However, the refurbishment has not just focused on the office and working areas, but the informal and break facilities too. The brand-new kitchen area with a fixed seating booth and dining area, along with the informal break out areas throughout which provide relaxing places for our team to sit and relax or to have informal catch ups with other team members. There is a dedicated training room for our team to utilise to keep their training up to date, as well as giving a private space to have 1-2-1s with their managers. The transformation also means that the toilet areas have been fully refurbished, which now also include shower facilities.
